1. Any complaint related to the product must be notified within 3 days of delivery by writing to or by calling at 0334-4545475

2. Replacement will be sent in case the product is found to be defected/faulty or  damaged.

3.Return & exchanges policy will not be applicable on following.

  2. Natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, pandemic etc.
  3. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  4. Product is tampered or damaged because of use.
  5. Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

In such senarios, you are requested to email photographic evidence of the defective item at or at our Facebook page: outfits/ within 7 days of purchase after which no claims will be entertained.
